We provide mobile bicycle service throughout Montgomery, Prince George’s and Howard County. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, just ask.

Service time depends on the bike and the work being performed. We'll give you an estimated timeframe when we discuss your service. For the Deep Clean Tune-Up Package, your bike will be transported in a fully enclosed van for servicing and delivered back to you with no extra charge.

Absolutely. My goal is to recommend what your bike actually needs—not to sell you work it doesn't need. You will still incur the House/Location fee ~ $30.

Yes, I service many e-bikes, particularly the bicycle components such as brakes, shifting, wheels, tires, and other mechanical systems. Because e-bike systems vary, please contact me with your bike's make and model so I can confirm what I can service.

The Family/Multiple Bikes discount is only applicable for bikes undergoing Safety Check, Tune-Up Packages or Assemblies.
5% off labor charges with 2 bikes
10% off labor charges with 3 bikes
15% off labor charges with 4 or more bikes

If I find something that wasn't part of the original service request, I'll explain what I found and discuss the recommended repair with you before doing additional work.

Some repairs can be completed for a set labor price, while others depend on the type of bike, the bike's condition or the amount of work required. A range means we'll need to assess the bike before determining the final labor charge.

Please have the bike accessible and let us know if there are any special considerations about where we'll be working. Other than that, there's nothing special you need to prepare.

Most services can be performed in the service van, in a driveway, garage, or another suitable area at your location. We'll discuss the best setup when we meet you.

Most of the service can be done in the service van. If the bike needs to be transported to a different location due to inclement whether, we will discuss whether to move it or reschedule.

Things come up. If you need to change your appointment, please let us know at least 2 hours before the appointment and we'll do our best to find another convenient time.

Yes. If you've purchased a bike online or in a box, we can discuss assembly and adjustment services to get it ready to ride.

Not necessarily. We can provide the parts needed for your repair, and in some cases can install customer-provided parts. Let us know what you have in mind and we'll discuss it.

Same-day or urgent service may be available depending on the schedule and your location. The emergency fee starts at $50. Contact us and we'll let you know what's possible.
